Terms and Conditions
Minimums
Minimum orders are five yards on all fabrics. For any order under five yards, a cut fee of $25.00 will be added. Embroidery minimums vary and should be determined on a case by case basis.
Reserves and CFAs
Fabric reserves will be held for 15 business days (essentially, three weeks) and a Cutting For Approval will be sent out within 1-2 days. Generally, if a reserve is placed before 3pm EST then the CFA can go out the same day. Otherwise, it will go out the next business day.
Shipping
Complete shipping address, including accurate zip codes, are required. Any charges incurred by Jed Johnson Home for incorrect ship-to information will be billed to the purchaser. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. All orders not paid upon completion may incur additional storage fees. Buyer will lose entire deposit if order not paid for in full within thirty days of completion. Shipping charges include freight, handling, packaging and insurance. Please inquire about options for expedited shipping options.
Delivery
Quoted delivery dates are approximate and Jed Johnson Home is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance beyond our control.
Returns
There is no obligation to accept returns of goods ordered in error. Customer must examine goods before cutting or treating, as no allowance will be made after merchandise has been altered in any way, regardless of the reason. In no event will any labor or shipping costs be accepted.
Quality Limitations
Out merchandise is not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming and exposure to the sun or effects of wear. Inspect materials thoroughly upon receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request cuttings of current stock for approval.
Claims
All claims against Jed Johnson Home, including defects, shortages and dye lot variation must be made within ten days after shipment of the merchandise. Failure to make any claim within said period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages or dye lot variation. No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been cut, treated or installed. Jed Johnson Home’s liability shall not exceed the contract price and Jed Johnson Home shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.
